Aurora Store Refund Policy

At Aurora Store, we maintain a no-refund policy. However, exceptions will be made under the following circumstances:

  1. The product arrives damaged or broken.

  2. The product is defective and cannot be used as intended.

  3. The wrong product was shipped to you.

All products sold by Aurora Store are sourced from third-party suppliers. We do not own or manufacture these products. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the issue relates to the product being damaged, defective, or incorrect, and must be handled according to the guidelines above.

We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
